When should I order my board/box?You can order your board/box as soon as you know the date of your gathering. At checkout you are able to select the date and time of pick up or delivery.

Can I just walk in and place my order?Yes, we would be happy to take your order in store. If looking to take your board/box home with you that day, we ask that you give us at least an 1hr to get your order ready. However, depending on your order and our traffic flow at that time it could be quicker.

How do I let you know if my board/box is for a special occasion?Please let us know on the checkout screen in the "Note" section for any special occasion so we can decorate your spread with all the finishing touches.

I want A Couple Craves to select for me?If you would like A Couple Craves to make the selection for you make sure to select "Craves Pick" and we will make sure you get a nice variety of all our delicious charcuterie options.

I would like to select my own cheeses and meats?If you would like to choose everything that goes into your charcuterie spread, make sure to select "Custom Charcuterie". There you will see all the options available including any seasonals we may have at that time.

I have allergies. How do I let you know?Please let us know on the checkout screen in the Note section of any allergies or additional information we may need to know. Most of our products are gluten free and we will always ask if there are any nut allergies.

How long will my board/box be fresh for?We seal all our boards/boxes for max freshness. However, they are best eaten on the same day as pick up or up to 48hrs when kept refrigerated. Featured board/box times may vary please check description when placing your order.

Am I able to bring some friends and dine in?Absolutely, we would love to have everyone gathered around our table enjoying some charcuterie. If you know ahead of time that you'll be stopping by, give us a call and we will reserve a table and have your spread ready for you when you come in. We are BYOB.

Do you have alcohol?No, we are BYOB. We do have everything you need from bottle openers to glasses. So, grab your favorite drink and get on in here.

Why won't it let me continue after I select delivery?Deliveries require a minimum purchase of $85. We delivery within 10 miles of A Couple Craves.

Is A Couple Craves only for couples and are men allowed?A Couple Craves is not only for couples. Everyone and all ages are welcome at A Couple Craves to join in on the Fun! So, if you are having "A Couple Craves" then stop on in!

Can I rent your space out?Yes, we do rent out our space. Email us at acouplecraves@gmail.com to schedule your event.

Does A Couple Craves offer catering?We do and would love to cater your next event! Check out our catering options and pricing under the catering tab acouplecraves.com/catering

How do I purchase tickets for your events?Tickets can be purchased on the website or in store. If purchasing on the website just simply go under the Events tab and select the event you are wanting to attend acouplecraves.com/events

What are your hours?We are open for pick up, grab & go, and dine in... Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6pm Sunday 10am-4pm
